~Crab Bisque – with fennel cheese straws
~Mulled Wine Poached Pears with Stilton and walnuts (v)
~Foie Gras Terrine – with spiced quince compote and toasted brioche
~Winter Salad – with squash, beetroot, goats cheese and pecans (v)
~Cured Salmon Gravlax – with cucumber, dill and cream


~Family style Christmas Dinner with Roast Turkey, apple, chestnut, sage and pork stuffing, chipolata sausages wrapped in bacon, thyme gravy, and cranberry sauce
or choose from:
~Pheasant Breast – with juniper and orange sauce
~Roast Sirloin of Beef – with thyme infused jus
~Filet of Sea Bass – with leek fondue and lemon beurre blanc sauce
~Chestnut, Spinach and Mushroom ‘Wellington’ (v) – with white truffle sauce
All main courses served with roasted winter vegetables, creamed Brussels sprouts, braised Red Cabbage, and Roasted Potatoes
