~Crab Bisque – with fennel cheese straws
~Winter Salad – with Parma Ham, Comté, dried cranberry and mixed salad
~Vegetarian Winter – as above without ham (v)
~Wild Mushrooms – with brie and white truffle, served with baby spinach salad (v)
~Duck Croquettes – with lime infused red cabbage
~Citrus cured Salmon Gravedlax – with potato blinis, chives and creme fraiche

~Roast Turkey Breast with Pork, Apple and Sage Stuffing – with thyme gravy, parsnip purée,
roasted carrots and brussels sprouts
~Wild Mallard Duck – with roasted fruit and orange sauce, and crispy pommes dauphines
~Filet of Seabream – with spinach, roasted fennel, pine nuts and lemon beurre blanc sauce
~Beef Daube – tender beef cheek braised in red wine served with crushed root vegetables
~Butternut Squash Roulade – stuffed with ricotta and sage, served with spinach and pine nuts (v)
