~Lobster Bisque – with fennel cheese straws
~Croustillant de Chèvre Chaud with green apple and walnuts (v)
~Foie Gras Terrine – with spiced quince compote and toasted brioche
~Winter Salad – with roasted squash, beetroot, blood orange, Fleur de Maquis cheese and pecan (vg)
~Citrus Cured Salmon Gravlax – with blinis and dill cream


~Family style Christmas Dinner with Roast Turkey, apple, chestnut, sage and pork stuffing, chipolata sausages wrapped in bacon, thyme gravy
or choose from:
~Pheasant Breast – with port and orange sauce
~Roast Sirloin of Beef – with black pepper sauce
~Filet of Sea Bass – with spinach gratin and lemon beurre blanc sauce
~Chestnut, Spinach and Mushroom ‘Wellington’ (v) with truffle beurre blanc
