Wine List
Our list is built on a simple belief: work with a handful of trusted suppliers, Raeburn Fine Wines, Les Caves de Pyrène, Vine Trail, and Provisions, to source wines of real character, organic, biodynamic, and classic alike. We invest in our people as carefully as we invest in our cellar. Our young, international team trains under sommeliers in London and Paris, and every member carries equal ownership of the list: there is no hierarchy here, only a shared curiosity. We believe the future of wine belongs to the next generation, and we intend to be part of building it.
AperitifsRepresentative of what you'd get in a Parisian bistro
If there's something you love that you don't see here, do let us know, though we can't always guarantee we'll be able to make it on the day, or that we'll have the ingredients to hand.

Reserve ListOwner's Wine Cellar
We hold a reserved section in our cellar for special occasions: wines from our 2024 and 2025 lists, many of which won us the World of Fine Wine Award displayed in our entrance.
This is a very limited-availability list. Some of these wines are down to their last bottle, and we can't guarantee any given wine will be available on request, though we actively reprint this list as these special bottles sell through.
Presented in the order of the main list. Numbering continues on, marked with an asterisk.
