Rooted in the old custom of dining together, our supper club brings people to a common board in support of the arts, the preservation of tradition, and the strengthening of community.

Our gatherings are shared at a long table, or sometimes across several large tables, and each event features a bespoke, themed four-course meal. Menus are shaped by season and story, drawing from time-honored techniques and thoughtful sourcing.

Guests are welcomed into an atmosphere of warm, familial hospitality, greeted with a glass of Champagne and a selection of hors d’oeuvres passed among the gathering as the evening begins.

AIX Supper Club aims to soften time’s grip as evenings unfold by candlelight and conversation, inviting guests to linger, to listen, and to remember the old pleasure of being fully present at the table.
