2. Reservations

Reservations can be made online via our website or by contacting us directly. By making a reservation you are entering into an agreement with us to provide dining services on the date and time confirmed.

Cancellations

We understand that plans change. You may cancel or amend your reservation at any time. If a deposit was taken at the time of booking, it will be refunded in full upon cancellation regardless of notice given. This policy may be updated in future — any changes will be reflected in these Terms and updated on our website.

No-shows

If you do not arrive for your reservation and have not cancelled in advance, we will treat this as a cancellation. Any deposit held will be refunded at our discretion. We reserve the right to update our no-show policy in future.

Late arrivals

We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but we cannot guarantee your table will be held beyond 15 minutes after your reservation time without prior notice. Please contact us if you are running late.

3. Events & Supper Club

From time to time we host ticketed events including supper club evenings. Bookings for events are subject to the same cancellation policy as standard reservations — you may cancel at any time and any deposit paid will be refunded in full.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a rescheduled date.

4. Gift Vouchers

Purchase
Gift vouchers can be purchased via our website. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Once issued, a voucher will be delivered by email to the address provided at checkout.

Validity

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date and will not be extended or replaced once expired.

Redemption

Vouchers can be redeemed against food and drink at L’Estaminet / Bistro AIX. They cannot be exchanged for cash, used to purchase further vouchers, or applied to third-party services.

Lost or stolen vouchers

We are not responsible for vouchers that are lost, stolen, or used without authorisation. Please treat your voucher as you would cash.

Refunds

Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices shown on our website and menus are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is due at the time of your visit unless otherwise agreed.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that causes damage to the website or impairs its availability, or in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.
